Nigeria, Nov. 28 -- One year after actress Bisola Badmus accused Fuji music icon Wasiu "Kwam 1" Ayinde of neglecting his paternal responsibilities to their son, Abdulmalik, they've reunited.

In September 2024, PREMIUM TIMES reported that Bisola alleged that Kwam 1 failed to play an active role in Abdulmalik's upbringing.

She alleged that the 68-year-old musician had abandoned his paternal duties, even though he had acknowledged Malik as his child.

Following her accusations, there was no public response from the singer, nor did the actress issue any further statements about whether he later fulfilled his responsibilities, until their recent reunion.
