Nigeria, April 23 -- Acute hunger and the chronic inability to access food remain a critical challenge in West and Central Africa, with over 40 million people struggling to feed themselves during the 2024 post-harvest season, a new report by Lagos-based SBM Intelligence research firm has shown.
