For many, it represents an escape from economic uncertainty, insecurity and limited opportunities. But for others, it is merely a geographical shift, one that comes with its own set of challenges and rewards. The reality is, Japa is not the same for everyone. The experience of relocating is often dictated by the skills, expertise and qualifications one possesses before making the move.
