Nigeria, Jan. 23 -- Adetayo Adeleke-Adedoyin is the Head of Special Projects at the Development Agenda for Western Nigeria, also known as the DAWN Commission. The commission played an integral role in the formation of the South-west regional security outfit recently launched. The commission is also the coordinating agency at the regional level.
