Nigeria, Feb. 2 -- The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has concluded accommodation arrangements for Nigerian pilgrims participating in the 2026 Hajj in Makkah and Madinah, ahead of deadlines set by Saudi Arabian authorities.
The Chairman of NAHCON, Abdullahi Usman, a professor, disclosed this in a statement issued on Monday by his media assistant, Ahmed Mu'azu.
According to the statement, the successful upload and subsequent approval of Nigeria's accommodation slots by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah followed strict compliance with Saudi timelines, in line with a directive by Vice President Kashim Shettima.
