Nigeria, May 31 -- In an address in Lagos, Mr Babatunde Raji Fashola, erstwhile governor of Lagos State, Nigeria, and former minister of Works and Housing in the Buhari administration in Nigeria, which arguably ran Nigeria aground. Fashola presented a passionate and compelling message titled: "Why I Remain Optimistic About Nigeria."
