Nigeria, Sept. 8 -- Former Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, has submitted a petition to the Police Service Commission (PSC) against alleged unprofessional conduct, abuse of office and serial violations of the Police Act by some officers of the Kaduna State Police Command.

Mr El-Rufai, in an 11-page document, detailed his complaint against alleged "Unprofessional conduct, Abuse of Office and Serial Violation of the Police Act 2020 and regulations by the commissioner and some officers of the Kaduna state command of the Nigeria Police".

He requested an immediate, impartial, and exhaustive investigation of his allegations.
