Nigeria, March 18 -- A coalition of over 100 Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) has charged the Federal Government of Nigeria to ensure the effective implementation of its $1 billion plan for addressing child and maternal mortality in Nigeria.

A press statement signed by 115 CSOs on Monday lauded the federal government for taking a positive step to approve the funds.
