Finland, March 18 -- YIT and XTX Markets have signed an agreement for the interior finishing phase, building services engineering, and commissioning of the second data center building in Kajaani. The agreement follows the successful completion of the structure and envelope works for the facility. The parties have agreed not to disclose the value of the contract. Work is already underway, and the facility is expected to be completed in 2027.
