Qatar, July 10 -- Vodafone Qatar has partnered with Digital Virgo to develop a safe, fun service for children called 'Shater', which is accessible over the web and via an iOS or Android app. It provides popular local and global educational activities, games and videos, filtered by age group, with full parental controls. A dashboard lets parents monitor the time spent by their children on all the activities.
