Norway, April 10 -- Urban Partners' Logicenters and Oslo Airport City have entered into an agreement with Veidekke Logistikkbygg to construct an environmentally certified logistics facility that will be leased to Scanasia and offered to future tenants. The design & build contract is valued at more than NOK 200 million excluding VAT. The total building area will be approximately 20,800 square metres, of which around 5,600 square metres will be specially adapted for Scanasia, including offices, dry storage, refrigerated and frozen storage.
