Lithuania, March 9 -- Lithuania based Uzdaroji akcine bendrove "Utenos techniniu apziuru centras" has secured contract from Zarasu rajono savivaldybes administracija for Service car technical inspection and license plate issuance by the administration of the district municipality and its divisions. The value of the contract is worth 35000 EUR.
