Solstad Maritime ASA - Contract extension for CSV "Normand Energy"

Norway, April 1 -- Solstad Maritime ASA ("SOMA") is pleased to announce a contract extension for the CSV Normand Energy.The parties have agreed a firm extension period of eight months, commencing 1 April 2026 and ending 30 November 2026, in direct continuation of the current contract, with further extension options.The extension ensures continued employment for Normand Energy and bridges the period until a future long-term commitment commencing in Q1 2027.The commercial terms and conditions are confidential between the parties.
