Turkey, Feb. 19 -- On February 18, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a Record of Discussions with the Government of Turkiye in the capital city Ankara, for the "Project for Capacity Building on Rapid Screening Method", a technical cooperation project. The signatures were exchanged between Secretary General Suat Yildiz of Union of Municipalities of Turkiye (UMT) and Senior Representative Kawai Shusaku of JICA Turkiye Office.Japan and Turkiye have experienced a lot of earthquakes.
