Madagascar, March 17 -- On March 4, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a grant agreement with the Government of the Republic of Madagascar in the capital city Antananarivo, to provide grant aid for the Project for the Improvement of Access to Electricity in Toamasina.
