Cote Dlvoire, March 5 -- On February 26, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a grant agreement with the Government of the Republic of Cote d'Ivoire in Abidjan, to provide grant aid for the Project for the Improvement of Road Maintenance Equipment in Greater Abidjan.
