Germany, April 17 -- Siemens plans a shareholder vote on direct spin-off of Siemens Healthineers shares at the next ordinary Siemens Annual General Meeting in February 2027. The announcement follows substantial progress in the preparation of the unprecedented transaction structure since it was first outlined in November 2025 and provides Siemens' shareholders with clarity on the next key milestone. The separation process is advanced as well as the regulatory clarification process, while final confirmation on the latter is outstanding.
