Norway, April 16 -- Scatec ASA, a leading renewable energy provider, and Aeolus SAS (Aeolus), part of Toyota Tsusho Group, have reached commercial operations date (COD) of the 60 MW Tozeur solar power plant in Tunisia with retroactive effect from 4 March 2026. The project will generate predictable revenues under a 30-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Tunisian state utility Societe Tunisienne de l'Electricite et du Gaz (STEG).The 60 MW Tozeur solar power plant has been built in parallel with the Sidi Bouzid 60 MW solar plant, which reached COD in March with retroactive effect to 1 January 2026.
