Latvia, April 14 -- Latvia based Sabiedriba ar ierobezotu atbildibu "ERNST & YOUNG BALTIC" has secured contract from Labklajibas ministrija for Development consultancy services development and approval of the description of the quality monitoring system of care homes and respite services. The value of the contract is worth 11027000 EUR.
