United States, April 13 -- Radiance Technologies, Huntsville, Alabama, has been awarded a minimum $149,683,593 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for improvement and modernization projects to upgrade existing infrastructure and instrumentation for the Reagan Test Range. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(5), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-5. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. The performance completion date is April 10, 2031. Using customers are Army and federal civilian agencies.
