China, March 20 -- CSCEC-built phase I development of the Equalbase Sunway 103, Malaysia's first carbon-neutral logistics hub, has recently been completed.The first phase has a total floor area of 150,000 square meters, with the overall development planned to reach approximately 600,000 square meters.
