France, April 2 -- France based LUMINOV has secured contract from SPL DE L'ARTOIS for Earthmoving work 100003 - Requalification work on the Noumea city in ROUVROY 62 as part of the major urban project Commitment for the Renewal of the Mining Basin ERBM. The value of the contract is worth 54946000 EUR.
