France, March 17 -- France based LOCCA has secured contract from COVALDEM 11 for Hire of trucks with driver Rental and long-term maintenance of trucks without a driver for household waste collection and rental of a vehicle geolocation and bin identification system. The value of the contract is worth 193980000 EUR.
