Belgium, March 4 -- Belgium based KLA Corporation has secured contract from Imec EU Pilot line NV for Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl glasses) - Unpatterned Wafer Inspection Tool Upgrade. The value of the contract is not disclosed.
