Spain, Jan. 27 -- Spain based Idea, Creatividad y Comunicacion, SL has secured contract from Conselleria de Empleo, Comercio y Emigracion for Advertising services - Framework agreement, with a single company awarded and subject to harmonized regulation, of the service of preparation, production and media plan of the promotion campaigns of the areas of competence attributed to the Department of Employment, Commerce and Emigration. The value of the contract is not disclosed.
