United States, March 11 -- ICON Technology Inc., Austin, Texas, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for construction of an expeditionary Rotational Unit Billeting Area and supporting infrastructure at the Joint Readiness Training Center to enhance reception, staging, onward movement, and integration operations. The amount of this action is $67,869,161, with a total cumulative face value of $201,036,833. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Fort Polk, Louisiana, with an estimated completion date of March 5, 2031.
