Eni: new 5-year revolving credit facility of €9 billion
Italy, March 18 -- Eni has signed a new 5-year revolving credit facility of €9 billion, with an option to extend for another 2 years, refinancing the previous credit facilities of €6 billion and €3 billion signed in 2022 and 2023, respectively. The new facility will maintain the Group's financial flexibility and extend the maturity of the available lines.The credit line is provided by 28 leading global financial institutions, including UniCredit (as global coordinator, bookrunner, mandated lead arranger, documentation and facility agent) and Santander CIB (as global coordinator, bookrunner, and mandated lead arranger).
