Romania, March 4 -- The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is partnering with Libra Internet Bank S.A. to provide a portfolio guarantee of up to €40 million under the InvestEU programme, supported by funding from the Romanian Recovery and Resilience Facility.
