Studying music scores transformed by computational technologies
Digital transformation pervades all aspects of life. Music is no exception. Computers and digital media are increasingly being used to create digital scores. In this context, the ERC-funded DigiScore project will explore the effect of digital scores on creativity and musicianship. This is important because digital scores are creating new music experiences and introducing innovative compositional approaches and performance opportunities.
