United States, April 1 -- Clarios LLC, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has been awarded a maximum $48,546,171 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity contract for 6-volt and 12-volt Absorbent Glass Material storage batteries. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a three-year base contract with two one-year option periods. The performance completion date is March 30, 2031. Using military services are Army, Navy, and Marine Corps. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 through 2029 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support, Columbus, Ohio (SPE7LX-26-D-0047).
