United States, Jan. 24 -- Cigna's commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace was recognized once again by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRC), which identified the company as one of the "Best Places to Work for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) Equality" for the eighth consecutive year. Cigna also earned a perfect 100 score on the HRC's 2020 Corporate Equality Index (CEI).
This year marks the first time that Cigna and Express Scripts were evaluated together for the award. Express Scripts, a Cigna company, had previously earned the recognition as a top employer for LGBTQ equality as well.
