Romania, April 13 -- Romania based CEC Bank has secured contract from Operator SEAP for Banking services Payment services for the collection of revenues from the general consolidated budget and other amounts for which the legal provisions in force regulate the payment through the POS terminals installed at the State Treasury units in the Bucharest region. The value of the contract is worth 5000000 RON.
