Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Auburn, Alabama, with an estimated completion date of May 19, 2028. Fiscal 2019 Department of Agriculture Buildings and Facilities funds in the amount of $55,506,189 were obligated at the time of award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, is the contracting activity (W91278-26-C-A005).
