Spain, April 13 -- Spain based BANCO BILBAO VIZCAYA ARGENTARIA has secured contract from Secretaria General del Centro de Investigaciones Energeticas, Medioambientales y Tecnologicas (CIEMAT) for Banking services Service for the opening and management of current accounts in credit institutions other than the Bank of Spain on behalf of the Environmental and Technological Energy Research Center CIEMAT. The value of the contract is worth 2010000 EUR.
