India, Oct. 29 -- The Haryana Government has approved the construction of the Zila Parishad Vikas Bhawan - a state-of-the-art administrative complex designed to strengthen local governance and service delivery. The complex is to be developed near the civil lines area of Gurugram. The project, with an estimated cost of '9,622.24 lakh, has received administrative approval from the state government and technical sanction from the Chief Engineer, Public Works (Panchayati Raj), Haryana, Chandigarh. The architectural design has been prepared by the Chief Architect, Haryana, Chandigarh.
