Lohardaga, April 28 -- National seminar on the topic of Developed India was inaugurated on Friday at BS College Lohardaga. The program was inaugurated by Ranchi University Vice Chancellor Dr Ajit Kumar Sinha as the chief guest and Open University Jharkhand Vice Chancellor Dr TN Sahu and Padma Shri Mukund Nayak ji as special guests by lighting the lamp from the United Russia.
