New Delhi, Sept. 9 -- While the Yamuna's water level recedes and life begins to return to normalcy for many in Delhi, for thousands of flood-affected families, the real struggle has just begun. The receding waters have left behind a trail of destruction, pushing already vulnerable communities into a deeper spiral of debt and despair. At relief camps across the city, stories of lost homes and mounting financial burdens are commonplace.
