India, June 21 -- As we observe the 10th Anniversary of International Day of Yoga (IDY), it is a matter of immense pride for every Indian to see how an ancient Indian tradition has transformed into a global wellness movement. June 21, known as the Summer Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere marking the longest day of the year, is now observed globally as the International Day of Yoga, a day to raise awareness about the benefits of Yoga.
