Lohardaga, March 27 -- A one-day training-cum workshop was organized by the District Supply Office on Tuesday on the direction of the Department of Food, Public, Distribution and Consumer Affairs. The workshop was inaugurated by MLA Dr. Rameshwar Oraon. On this occasion, he said that earlier the number of many such poor in our country was quite high who did not get ration. Many families were not named in food security schemes. The central government was giving ration with red and yellow ration cards but till now many families were deprived. Under the Jharkhand State Food Security Scheme, every member of the family gets five kg of food grains. Only grains are given in most states of the country.
