NEW DELHI, April 23 -- The Delhi Police is on the verge of cracking the mystery behind the murder of Rohit Shekhar Tiwari, the son of Congress stalwart ND Tiwari. Rohit was allegedly smothered to death. Investigations carried so far, have revealed that Rohit's estranged wife Apoorva was behind the murder. Sources said she was likely to be arrested by tonight or Tuesday as all evidence gathered by the police point towards her involvement in the murder.
The sources said forensic experts from the AIIMS also visited the home of Tiwari in Defence Colony where they recreated the crime sequence and opined that no signs were found which showed that Rohit had resisted while he was smothered.
