India, Sept. 9 -- I recently attended an online course on a spiritual approach to stress management conducted by a dear friend. Those who know me would be surprised. I do not take much interest in subjects I consider esoteric. The term spirituality to me means doing right to all humans despite the situations and provocations. I expect others to be equally mindful. Their failure makes me react sometimes. It is this contradiction between my perception and reality, and unpleasant situations arising out of the resultant conflict, that cause me stress.
