Jabalpur, April 16 -- The Indian Railways is witnessing a steady rise in the adoption of its UTS mobile application for booking unreserved tickets, reflecting a positive response to its ongoing efforts to enhance passenger convenience. Under the guidance of the Principal Chief Commercial Manager, awareness campaigns have been actively conducted by the Commercial Departments across all three divisions of West Central Railway (WCR), encouraging passengers to shift towards digital ticketing.
