Ranchi, Aug. 24 -- Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan today said that West Singhbhum is the most affluent district of the State, which has huge natural resources that are not only bringing revenue to the State but also contributing to the coffers of the nation. He said that several schemes are being run in the region through district mining funds, which are paving way for development in the area.
