New Delhi, April 23 -- Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar on Tuesday hit out at his critics for questioning his remarks on a recent Supreme Court order, asserting that every word spoken by a Constitutional functionary is guided by supreme national interest. He also asserted that Parliament is supreme.
This is the third of its kind remarks in recent times questioning the role and supremacy of judiciary and legislative which includes twice by the Presiding officer of Rajya Sabha and certain BJP leaders including vocal Lok Sabha MP Nishikant Dubey.
