India, Oct. 8 -- For years, India's digital divide wasn't about access to devices, but access to essential services. While billions own internet-connected phones, millions still can't access healthcare, banking, education, or government services because the digital world was designed around screens, literacy, and interfaces that don't align with how most Indians communicate.
