Bhopal, June 9 -- adhya Pradesh Cabinet Minister Vijay Shah, who has been absent from public appearances and key official functions for an extended period, is scheduled to share the stage with Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav on Monday, during an event organised by the Tribal Affairs Department.
The event, scheduled in Beohari, Shahdol district, marks the death anniversary of Birsa Munda.
This public appearance comes amidst ongoing controversy surrounding Shah's controversial remarks about an Indian Army Colonel and his extended absence from key cabinet meetings.
Shah, who holds the important portfolios of Tribal Affairs, and Bhopal Gas Tragedy Relief and Rehabilitation, has been notably absent from several significant government events.
