India, July 22 -- Shravan Shivratri, observed during the Krishna Paksha Chaturdashi (14th night of the waning moon) in the month of Sawan (Shravan), holds immense spiritual and Vedic significance. Unlike Maha Shivratri which falls in Phalguna (Feb-March), this Shivratri is considered especially powerful due to its alignment with the highly auspicious month dedicated to Lord Shiva.

According to the Hindu calendar, Chaturdashi of Krishna Paksha of Sawan month will commence from 04.39 am on 23rd July and will end on the next day i.e. 24th July at 02.28 am. The best time for Shiva Puja starting on 23rd July is in Nishit Kaal of 24th July from 12.07 am to 12.48 am.
