PNS, May 26 -- The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Preliminary Examination (PT) was conducted today in the capital Ranchi under strict surveillance and strict security arrangements. This examination is being conducted at 48 examination centers in the city under extensive preparations made under the chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner Anjani Kumar Mishra. A total of 21,800 candidates have appeared in the examination being held in two shifts.
30 am to 11:30 am and the second shift from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The candidates were instructed to reach the centers half an hour before the start of the examination, which was widely complied with.
