Lucknow, Feb. 21 -- Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati criticised the Budget presented by the Uttar Pradesh government, claiming that it lacks adequate government intention and policy to remove inflation, poverty, unemployment, backwardness and to meet the basic needs of the common man.
