Chandigarh, April 1 -- Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday inaugurated a 30-bed intensive care unit and laid the foundation stone of a postgraduate hostel accommodation at Maharaja Agrasen Medical College, Agroha in Hisar. He hailed Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini for his administrative abilities while attacking the Opposition parties in the state of "casteism" and "nepotism". Addressing the gathering on the occasion, Shah called Saini "a cheerful man who is always seen smiling", adding that "he is an able administrator" as well.
